I will be hosting a wilderness cooking workshop, in conjunction with
the Friends of Algonquin Park, at the East Beach Pavillion in Algonquin
Provincial Park in the Summer of 2013. Details will be posted as soon
as a date is confirmed.
local private workshops
Personal instructional workshops are available in Southern
Ontario. I offers small private lessons in my home but will also come
to your location for larger groups of up to 20 people. Evening and
Saturday dates are available in October, November, & January.
