the latest book news
In July 2012 I signed a contract for a third cookbook to be published by TouchWood Editions. This book will be for those of you who like to camp in frontcountry campgrounds. It will be available for purchase in Spring 2014.

Wilderness Press, with TouchWood Editions released Another Fork in the Trail in May 2011. This is the second book in my trail cooking series and while A Fork in the Trail has a wide variety of vegetarian options, my second book is comprised entirely of vegetarian and vegan recipes with a secondary emphasis on gluten-free backpacking.
